Nancy Lucas Training is proud to offer her clients a Southern California Hunter Jumper Training Facility. The ten acre property is adorned with fully covered mare motels, covered tack up bays & wash racks, a raised ringside viewing deck, as well as large and small turnouts. A large, lighted jumping arena (160'x240') with exceptional footing. All set up with trees and a great breeze in a clean and neat setting with direct access to trails to enjoy.

Description

Rates

BOARDING

Includes feeding 1-2+ flakes of Alfalfa and/or Orchard or Timothy blend hay twice daily, and daily stall cleaning. Shavings applied to stall 2 times each week.

Monday - All horses turned out, all groomed, rinsed (as needed) & fly sprayed


•	$450.00 per month 12' x 24' fully covered mare motel w/shavings
	$25.00 late fee after the 5th of each month

ADDITIONAL/
SPECIAL FEED

Additional or special supplements to standard boarding feed. Feed and supplements billed separately.

$50.00 per month for additional feeding of Alfalfa/ Orchard blend hay

•

$30.00 per month for feeding of Lunch/Supplements (1x a day)

$20.00 per month Supplement Ordering Service (plus receipt)

TURN-OUT
SERVICE

Includes hand-leading horse to and from turn-out for at least 1 hour. Horse will be turned out alone, booted up as needed

•	$120.00 per month for 3 days per week

•	$10.00 per day

IN-HOUSE
LAY-UP SERVICE

Includes necessary hand-walks, wound dressing, medication administration, and wrapping six days per week.

•	$250.00 per month
•	$10.00 per day

FULL GROOMING
SERVICE

Includes: Feeding supplements/grain blanketing, daily grooming/tacking trim, mane pull turn-out, and bathing as needed.

•	$400.00 per month for 6 days per week
•	$15.00 per day

ADDITIONAL
SERVICES

Lunging
•	$15.00 per lunge in halter
•	$25.00 per lunge with tack or rig
Body Clipping
•	$150.00 per body clip
•	$35.00 for sedatives, if not provided
•	$25.00 for muzzle/ear trim
Mane Pull or Training Braids
•	$15.00 per mane
Bandaging and Wrapping
•	$5.00 per day for bandage changing and dry wrapping
•	$10.00 per day for poultice or sweating (supplies provided by owner)

Blanketing or Fly Sheets
•	$30.00 per month for 1-2 blankets
•	Additional fee for special blanketing (e.g., “Sleezies”)
Medication Administration
•	$5.00 per day (medication and/or feed supplied by owner)
•	$30.00 per month (medication and/or feed supplied by owner)
•	$20.00 per dose of wormer (horses must be wormed every 2 months)
Shoeing or Vet Care
•	$20.00 handling fee per hour, minimum $10.00 per visit
•	$10.00 Client Advance fee for charges paid to farrier/vet by Nancy Lucas Training
